Really love this, lighting is wonderful, the glossy reflections are sublime - would you mind if I did a Maxwell render with this colour scheme ?

not at all! ... i've tried to but with no succes....in MODO it's more easy beause of the "fake" lights, one can edit a lot more the lights....
i had trouble in maxwell trying to get the right color temperature and those kind of things to give a kind of toonish look...that something you don't see very often in maxwell renders..

i can send you the model if you want it...with some SSS and maxwell lighting probably it would look very realistic

Yeah, your right - everything you do in maxwell, just ends up looking 'real', but I have found a way to achieve a slight toonish look

I would love to have a play with that model too (you have my e-mail address), thanks - but, just to say, your render looks pretty realistic also

Love the character concept (props to the original author), you did well on modeling it. I had to fav this one for the lighting though, it's very captivating
